The Philly Pennypack Composite is a team in recruitment mode for 2023/24 with the hope to be up and running in 2024.
This team will participate only in the PICL/NICA programs (Pennsylvania Interscholastic League & National Interscholastic Cycling League) and will contain student-athletes living in Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods such as Fox Chase, Bustleton, Rhawnhurst, Somerton, Mayfair, Torresdale and others.
We are specifically looking for coaches in the NE Philly region to get the team started with support from Independence and PICL league representatives.
