The Philly Wiss team participates in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League /National Interscholastic Cycling Association (PICL/NICA) and rosters student-athletes in the following Northwest Philadelphia neighborhoods; East Falls, Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown, Mt Airy, Ogontz, West Oak Lane and Chestnut Hill.
